The Heat Shrink Solder Sleeve Crimpless Terminator is an essential tool for creating a flawless wire connection without the need for crimping. Made from three materials - solder, heat shrink, and glue adhesive - this product offers maximum pull-out strength, superior conductivity, and protection against corrosion. Its installation is effortless, requiring only a heat gun with enough heat to melt the solder. Simply overlap the exposed ends of the wires and center the solder preform of the shield solder sleeve over the center conductors. Once the solder preform has melted onto the center conductor, heat the ends of the termination sleeve for a secure, watertight seal. The materials used include Transparent Modified Polyolefin, Glue Ring, and Solder Ring. This product can withstand temperatures from -55°C to 125°C, with a fully recovered temperature of 130°C. The solder starts melting at 125°C and reaches full melt at 150°C, ensuring a voltage resistance of over 600V.
