Nylon Multifilament Protective Hose Sleeves

This nylon textile sleeve is perfect for safeguarding hydraulic/oil lines, rubber hoses, pipes, and cabling from abrasion. Its durable and tightly woven construction offers a high level of burst resistance without sacrificing flexibility. Made of Nylon (polyamide) and with a thickness of 0.047" / 1.2mm, it has a melting point of 230° and can withstand temperatures ranging from -40°C to 125°C (with only a 10% decrease in resistance at 125°C). It meets MSHA Approved: IC293-1 Abrasion Standard and ISO 6945, with a minimum of 100,000 cycles. It is also UV Solar Protected: BS EN 13758-1 and Burst & Leakage Protected: SAE J343 / ISO 3457. In addition, it meets the Conductivity requirement ISO 8031 and has passed the Pin Hole Test.
