Burst Protection Multifilament Nylon Braided Sleeving

Designed specifically for use with heavy-duty equipment in harsh environments, this nylon braided sleeving offers excellent mechanical vibration, abrasion, and weather resistance. Its double-layer structure made up of durable, flexible nylon multifilament has been tested to withstand a minimum burst pressure of 6000 psi. The inner layer has a thickness of 2.3mm, while the outer layer is 1.3mm thick. With a melting point of 230°C and a working temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, this sleeving is not only strong but also resistant to high temperatures. It is also MSHA approved and has passed burst and pin hole tests at 420 bar (6000 psi). As an extra measure of durability, it has also been approved for abrasion resistance by ISO 6945 with a minimum of 250,000 cycles.
